Machining services

We provide a full range of versatile machining services: vertical turning of cylindrical workpieces of max. diameter 3.2 m, height 1.4 m, vertical milling of workpieces of length 3.3 m x 1.5 m, height 1.5 m height as well as horizontal milling and drilling of workpieces of dimensions 3.2 m x 2.3 m up to height 2 m. We also offer turning of shaft material of workpieces of diameter up to 350 mm length 5 m, max. mass up to 4 t.

In addition, we offer manufacturing of cylindrical gears with straight or helical toothing with module 1.5 – 35, diameter up to 3200 mm according to the customer’s drawing or in compliance with our own design, made either of our material or material supplied by the customer. We can supply toothed racks with module 4 – 12, segment length up to 1150 mm. We can also offer machining of larger workpieces on an on-demand basis. For such specific requests we need an inquiry with a drawing.
